Syal Perfumes store offers a wide range of luxury perfumes and fine incense. All displayed products are tangible, high-quality, and authentic. The specifications of each product, including ingredients and available bottle sizes, are displayed on its respective product page. The colors shown in the images may differ slightly from reality due to monitor settings, and the images are considered approximate to clarify the product shape. It is also possible for the size in the image to differ relative to reality, and bottle sizes are clearly clarified in the product deion. Product availability depends on the current stock.

Prices, Payment, and Fees

All displayed prices at Syal Perfumes store include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Additional shipping fees may apply and will appear clearly before completing the payment process. There are no additional fees on the available payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price applied to your order is the price that was in effect at the time the order was completed. The duration of offers and discounts is specified and clearly announced, and they will be applied to purchases made during that period. Any additional fees that might appear only in the final step of the purchase process will be clearly highlighted before confirming the order.

Ordering, Execution, and Shipping

An order is considered confirmed immediately upon successful receipt of payment confirmation. Order preparation begins after full payment. The order preparation period is 2 business days. The expected shipping duration is 5 business days from the date of shipment and depends on the selected shipping company. The store cooperates with reliable shipping companies to ensure your orders arrive safely. In the event of shipping delays due to reasons beyond the store's control (such as force majeure or delays by the shipping company), the store will follow up with the shipping company to expedite the delivery process and will not bear direct responsibility for the delay. The customer bears the responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address and contact data. If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or the customer's lack of response to the shipping company, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.

Cancellation, Returns, and Policy Referral

The customer has the right to cancel the order before preparation begins. Once order preparation has started, it cannot be canceled. The paid amount will be refunded using the same original payment method or as store credit, according to the customer's choice, after deducting any administrative fees, if any, and in cases where cancellation is permitted. The exchange and return period is 3 days from the date of receiving the order. Opened, used products, or those damaged as a result of misuse, cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can products that contain custom engraving or personal gift messages, in order to preserve the quality and safety of our products.

The warranty does not cover misuse or improper storage of products. The scent experience is a personal experience that varies from person to person, and the store does not guarantee a specific longevity or sillage projection for the perfume, incense, or Oud, as this is influenced by multiple factors such as skin type, environmental conditions, and method of use. Perfumes and incense must be stored away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity to maintain their quality. In the event of a manufacturing defect upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of the receipt date to submit a warranty claim. The product will be inspected to verify the defect, and if proven, the product will be replaced or its value refunded.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is committed to providing accurate and correct data when registering and completing the order, including name, address, and contact number. The responsibility to verify the correctness of the shipping address and the requested quantities rests entirely on the customer. When requesting custom products (such as those carrying engravings or gift messages), the customer must review the text and ensure its accuracy before confirming the order. The customer is prohibited from using the store or its products in a way that violates regulations and public morals, or publishing infringing, harmful, or defamatory content. The customer is committed to responding to the store's correspondence within a reasonable period to complete the order or address any inquiries.

Intellectual Property and Content
