Return and Exchange Period

We at Syal Perfumes value your trust and always strive to provide a distinctive shopping experience. Our valued customers have the right to request a return or exchange of products within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

Given the nature of perfume and incense products, our services do not include cancelable items after execution begins, as the products are tangible and shipped directly.

Product Condition Requirements for Return or Exchange

To ensure the acceptance of a return or exchange request, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • The products must be completely unused.

  • They must be in their original condition in which they were received.

  • They must be in their complete, intact original packaging that has not been opened or damaged.

  • The original invoice or order number must be attached when submitting the return or exchange request.

  • The product must not have suffered any damage, change in the original scent, or signs of use.

  • All accessories and gifts attached to the product must be present and unused.

Products or Cases Excluded from Return and Exchange

There are some cases that are excluded from the return and exchange policy to ensure the quality of our products and the safety of our customers:

  • Opened Products: Any product whose original packaging or protective plastic wrap has been opened.

  • Used Products: Any product that shows signs of use in any way.

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Products whose scents remain personal, as the scent experience depends on personal taste and does not mean a defect in the product.

  • Customized products or those made based on a special request from the customer.

Mechanism for Submitting a Return or Exchange Request

  • Order number.

  • Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange.

  • Clear pictures of the product and its condition (if possible).

  • Your contact details (name, mobile number).

Shipping Fees and Who Bears Them

The party that bears the shipping fees varies based on the reason for the return or exchange:

  • In the event that the error is from the Syal Perfumes store (damaged, incorrect, or manufacturing defect product): The store bears the full shipping fees for the return or exchange.

  • In the event that the desire for return or exchange is due to a change in the customer's preference (without a defect in the product): The customer bears the shipping fees to return the product to the store, in addition to the shipping fees to send the replacement product in the case of an exchange.

Method and Duration of Refund

After receiving the returned product, inspecting it, and ensuring its compliance with the conditions mentioned above, the paid amount will be refunded to you.

  • Refund Method: The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used during the purchase, or as credit in the Syal Perfumes store, according to the customer's choice.

  • Refund Duration: The refund process usually takes 7 to 14 business days after receiving the returned product and completing the inspection process.

  • Fee Deduction: If the return is due to the customer's preference, the original shipping fees (if any) and electronic payment fees (if any) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the event that the customer receives a damaged product or one that is different from their order, please contact us immediately within 24 to 48 hours maximum from the date of receiving the order, attaching clear pictures of the product and its condition. The Syal Perfumes team will verify the problem, and in this case, the product will be replaced with another intact product that matches the order, or a full refund will be issued to the customer, based on their desire and product availability.

Discounted Products and Offers

Products purchased during reduction periods or special offers may be subject to different return and exchange policies. These policies will be explicitly clarified on the product or offer page. Generally, products described as final clearance are not subject to return and exchange policies.

Suitability of the Policy for the Fragrance Industry

This policy has been formulated to suit the nature of the perfume and incense products offered by Syal Perfumes. We understand that the scent experience is personal and may not match everyone's expectations. Therefore, opening the perfume or using a part of it deprives it of the property of being new and unused. Accordingly, any product whose original packaging has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged to ensure the quality and purity of all our products that reach our customers.
